About

Founding teams across creative and development work gave me a clear view of what wears teams down at every level, from product leadership to engineering execution. Product owners need numbers. Engineers need to ship. But when systems are unclear, tradeoffs accumulate quietly, communication breaks down, and both sides end up carrying unnecessary operational weight. I focus on solving that by applying modern patterns and embedding intuitive systems that make reporting, context, and ownership part of the workflow rather than extra overhead. The result is better alignment, stronger autonomy, and teams that can move faster without losing visibility.
