Five interactive episodes in three languages for Sri Lanka’s first virtual museum on religious freedom.
The Museum of Religious Freedom was created as a place to explore the country’s complex history of religious freedom and conflict. Its wider archive maps 200 years across 70 landmark events.
For NCEASL, I designed and built a companion comic that turned part of that research into a guided browser experience. The episodes move from the American Mission in Jaffna and the Panadura Debate through religious printing and revival movements.
Next.js and Three.js for the browser experience, with Blender, rigging, and custom animation connecting the illustrated panels into a spatial narrative.
